Atta’s Student’s Objective Recommendation Tool (SORT) is a developmentally-driven goal recommendation system to be used in conjunction with The Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skill Revised (ABLLS-R). Goals in the SORT system have been systematized using empirical studies to determine the most developmentally appropriate order to facilitate language acquisition. The ABLLS-R is a comprehensive assessment, curriculum guide, and skills tracking system to help guide language and skills instruction for individuals with learning difficulties. ATTA's SORT system streamlines using the ABLLS-R by using a child’s current performance across the ABLLS-R sections A-J objectives to recommend optimal and developmentally priority language targets. The SORT can be utilized by both parents and professionals to generate effective language programs for children with autism and related disabilities.
